We rescue reptiles and amphibians by giving them the correct food, shelter, and medical attention, we love and rehabilitate these creatures to be ready for their next loving home. Here are the species we're able to accept at the moment:"
Breed Acceptance
For our safety and the animals, we do have certain breed restrictions in place. Certain species are also on case by case acceptance.
Coastal Creatures Right to Refuse
Coastal Creatures reserves the right to deny any adoption or intake at our sole discretion for reasons related to capacity, animal health, behavioral concerns, or adopter suitability.
Restricted Species (Not Accepted)
- All large snakes (e.g., Boas, Reticulated, Burmese Pythons)
- Monitor lizards of any kind
- Any animal displaying dangerous, aggressive, or erratic behavior
- Animals with untreatable illnesses or high communicable risk
